ThI've ThBurnt MyTh LipTh!

I've burnt my lip on a Gregg's Sausage roll!  Curse you Gregg's for making a sausage roll that appeared cold on the outside but was burny on the inside.  My lip has blistered slightly, but it hasn't really stopped me from eating.  Whilst we are on news of my mouth, I have a new tooth!
We have been crazy busy as a family and I'm not sure why.  Mummy has been working and Daddy has been working so we have played at Gran and Papa's a bit.  We have also been going to the park lots as the weather has been nice.  Today we went to a huge park called Rouken Glen - it was fab and we had a picnic and spent hours there.  It's been a nice, not-so-busy day today.  Last night we went swimming and I love the water!  I went down the slides with Daddy and Noah nearly drowned when he stepped into deep water by himself but he was OK after Daddy pulled him out after a couple of seconds and he didn't even cry or anything.

I'm Walking! I'm Walking! - Oh, and Happy Birthday Daddy!

Look at me!  Look what I learnt to do this weekend!  I've been practising my walking for a little while now, but I think I can finally say that I am walking - even if it is only a little.  My mostest steps are 15, but I only need about six to get around the house!
Today was baking hot again so Mummy and Daddy took me and Noah to the 'Sand Park'.  It's a good place to learn to walk as the landing is soft.  It was nice to wear summer clothes too - although I have a big head so some of my hats are a little small.

Yesterday we went on a family trip because it was my Daddy's Birthday on Friday.  We went on a steam train which was good because we had a train-picnic on the train.  I had a sandwich and a gingerbread man and some juice and then I knocked Daddy's tea all over his lap.  Daddy is good in those kind of situations and he didn't get angry because it was an accident.  He did threaten to throw me in the lake though when we got off the train, but I know he was only joking.

After our train ride we got on a big boat. I had a boat-picnic as we sat outside in the sunshine.  It was also fun looking over the rail at the water and I played peak-a-boo with a little girl.  Once we got off a boat we had found a nice park and a third picnic!  I also played football with Mummy and Noah and had a lovely time.  It's always the same at any celebration - you eat far more than you really should - Happy Birthday my Daddy!

Guess the Landmark!

Can you guess the landmark I'm pretending to be?  Here's a couple of clues.  She's French, but not in France.  She lives in a city whose nickname is fruity.  She stand on her own island.  Can you guess yet, before my ice-cream melts?  I'm the Statue of Liberty!  By the way, how big does my ice-cream look in that photo?
The last few days have been a bit busy - but nothing too exciting.  Yesterday was Mummy's Day - and Noah and me got her a Toberone, which we had after sharing Mummy's breakfast whilst we were still in bed, and we got her some lovely perfume.  My Mummy is a good one - so I hope she had a lovely day.
We spent most of last week shopping for Mummy's Day, but today was a 'Day with Daddy'.  The weather was wet and windy and the kids are not at school, so we didn't do much today.  Daddy did take us to Nandos for lunch and then I had an ice-cream after my tea!  A 'Day with Daddy' is usually full of treats, often messy and usually end with a bath before Mummy comes home!
